5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tools on our website. They fall into three groups, and you can turn Analytics and Marketing on or off at any time.
Necessary (always on)
- Keep the website working and remember your cookie choice.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person, not a bot.
Analytics
- Google Analytics shows us how people find and use the site, such as which pages they visit.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks and scrolling.
Marketing
- Google Ads uses cookies to measure ad results and show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Microsoft Advertising (UET) measures how our ads perform and helps us show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- Leadfeeder and Apollo help us learn which companies visit our site, so we can follow up with businesses that may need our help.
- RB2B identifies the companies that visit our site using third-party data.
- HubSpot connects your visits to the messages you send us through our forms, so we have the full picture when we reply.
How to opt out
Use Cookie settings or Your privacy choices at the bottom of any page to turn Analytics or Marketing off. Your choice is saved in your browser and applies on every page.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, Analytics and Marketing stay off until you turn them on.
- Everywhere else, they are on until you turn them off.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: Marketing tools are turned off for you, and Cookie settings shows them as off.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Providing services and support
- Maintaining business records
- Complying with legal obligations
- Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and applicable requirements.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
